Dover Fitness Centre has a Supplement Room situated in the reception / bar area is a in-house gym shop offering an extensive range of supplements, training accessories and gym wear. Other facilities at the Fitness Centre include a high powered stand up solarium (180 w) changing rooms with showers and studio with aerobic and kick boxing classes.
